4. BEFORE YOU BUY
By using our website, the user agrees to use our website only to make legally valid inquiries and orders. In the event that the user makes a false or erroneous order, coocur will not process your order and may report it to the relevant authorities. To place an order, the user must leave us their e-mail, postal address and other information necessary to carry out said purpose (otherwise, the order will be cancelled). The user is aware that we can use said information to contact him/her if necessary. By purchasing a product at coocur, the user accepts all the general purchase conditions, and if they exist, the individual conditions of each product.
coocur products are only available for shipping in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and those countries or territories of the European Union specified (we do not ship to islands or territories with special taxes).
The procedure for the acquisition of products will be governed by the conditions of coocur, this procedure can be modified according to the instructions that the user can see on our website when buying a specific product. Purchasing a product on our website implies acceptance of these conditions.
All the products on our website have an individual description and indicative photos of the product. It must be taken into account that coocur tries to reflect the characteristics of the product as accurately as possible, although different devices, screens, etc. They may cause some characteristics such as size or color to not correspond 100% to the actual product. coocur, in no case, will be responsible for said differences. coocur may add new products or remove existing products at any time, based on the conditions in force at that time. We do everything reasonably possible to accurately display the characteristics of our products, including their composition and colours. Discount coupons cannot be combined with other offers, they will not be valid during promotions such as black friday, cyber monday or sales... unless otherwise indicated.
5. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, you must first add the product to the shopping cart. Once you decide to process said order, you must fill in all the fields as a guest user, register as a new user (filling in all the required information) or if you prefer, you can finalize the order by accessing through your Google or Facebook account (at these or similar ones, whenever they are available. If any additional data is needed, it must be provided). You will be able to see your shopping cart at any time. Once you have all the necessary data to process the order, you must select the method of transport and the method of payment. Once you have done this, you will proceed to follow the instructions and finalize the payment.
Shortly after completing your order (including payment) you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order (proof of purchase). coocur reserves the right to delete the username and password of any account, if it is detected as fraudulent or the buyer has an outstanding debt with coocur.
All orders are subject to the availability of the products contained in it. In the event that we have problems with the supply of the product, lack of stock, etc. coocur will refund the amount that the user has already paid. coocur is not responsible for the alleged "damages" that the non-delivery of a product could cause the user.

7. DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship in most of the territories of the European Union (24-96 h), shipping costs will depend on the country. The shipping costs of the requested country will be shown once the shipping address is indicated when placing the order, free shipping on orders over €95 (excluding shipping costs).
If a product is out of stock, the delivery time can vary from several days to weeks. To be more specific, we ask the user to contact coocur as soon as possible, specifying the product reference.
The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the warehouse in which it is stored, manufacturing or import times.
In general, if a product is available or in stock, it means that it is in our warehouses and therefore will be available for delivery (normally). We may not have several units of a certain product, delivery time may vary depending on the number of units of the product you choose.
For shipments to destinations other than the continental European Union and remote access territories or with tax rates other than the general rates of the country of delivery, there may be an extra cost in shipping costs, as they need to be transported by ship, plane or some other, so even if the customer has purchased and paid for the order, it will not be confirmed and valid until the coocur staff contacts the customer to confirm the shipment, if the customer finally does not want to pay that extra, coocur will refund the amount paid for the order, and will cancel the transaction. Destination customs expenses and taxes in territories with different tax rates than the general rates of the European Union country where the package is delivered are not included, that is, coocur does not assume extra taxes, if any. It is very important that once the carrier delivers the order, carefully review possible packaging defects or lack of conformity. We advise you to state this on the carrier's delivery note, so that we can claim it, otherwise, the carrier can deny said damage. The user should notify us as soon as possible, within 24 hours, after receiving the package.
General costs and delivery times (working days) vary depending on the type of transport selected and the shipping area, generally:

Large packages (and some small ones) may have different shipping conditions than general products (specified above). There may be an extra cost for shipping, and if the customer does not decide to pay it, the order will be cancelled. Even if the customer has paid for the order on the web, the coocur staff will contact the customer to confirm the shipment, in case there is an extra cost. In the shipping method of this type of merchandise specified above, the carrier will leave the merchandise at street level or the most accessible place at the address given by the client, the carrier company, by law, will not upload the merchandise to a first or second floor..., that is, they will not climb steps. Delivery times may be increased due to problems beyond the control of coocur. Some of our products are not available in our warehouses, so the estimated delivery time may vary. coocur will try to expedite as much as possible and respect the estimated delivery times, but the delay of orders due to problems outside our company will not imply the cancellation of the order or compensation by coocur.
The order will be reflected as completed, when the amount is indicated in our bank account (if paid by bank transfer or similar payment method).
coocur will deliver the products to the address provided by the user (it can be your own or that of a third party). coocur does not deliver to post office boxes.
VERY IMPORTANT! On delivery and before signing the delivery note, the customer must: verify the number of packages and the state of the packaging, reflecting on the delivery note of the transport agency any incident (eg packaging in poor condition). Review all the material within the following 24 hours and immediately notify coocur of any anomaly. If said procedure is not followed, all costs incurred will be borne by the buyer.

8. DELIVERY PROBLEMS
In the event that the buyer is not at the indicated delivery address at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to find an alternative, will look for a safe place for delivery. If this is not possible, the order will be returned to our warehouses or will be deposited in the carrier's warehouse. If it is not there, we will leave an informative note, either in writing or through some means of contact provided by the user to solve problems of this type. If you know in advance that you will not be at the address indicated at the time of delivery, the user must notify us as soon as possible in order to find a solution.
After 15 days after the order was available for collection, after failing to deliver it to the indicated address and if the buyer had not picked it up, we will understand that the buyer wishes to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. If this were the case, we promise to return the payment received from the buyer, except for shipping costs and additional expenses resulting from the choice on his part of a different delivery method than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that we offer. and expenses that may have occurred due to the delay or additional delivery attempts by the transport company, within a period of 14 days after considering said contract terminated.
9. PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices on our website include the corresponding VAT, excluding shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount during order processing. The prices of all products may change at any time. You will be able to see and modify your orders, data, etc. in your user account.
If any price appears with a typographical error, we will contact the user as soon as possible in order to clarify the error.
The user can choose the payment currency, although by default, the currency is the Euro. You can choose the proforma invoice in the chosen currency, but the final invoice will always be in euros.
The payment of the products can be made at the end of the purchase through credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The user must follow the corresponding instructions that appear on the screen, different depending on the payment method.
At the end of the purchase, the user is confirming that the data is true and that he has all the necessary powers to make the payment through the chosen payment method. The payment methods are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entities, if said entity does not authorize the payment, coocur is not responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the product, we will not formalize any contract with the user.

To guarantee a high level of confidentiality and security of communications between coocur and the user, the SSL browsing and purchase protocol will be used.
For greater peace of mind about credit or debit card data, we must say that coocur does not store any of this data, it is only used during the purchase and payment process. These disappear after the withdrawal period.

10. INVOICES
With each shipment you will receive the corresponding invoice. If you give us permission to send it to you by e-mail, the invoice will be sent quickly, however if you wish you can receive it on paper. Each shipment will consist of its individual invoice. If the user needs a single invoice, they must notify us as soon as possible, since partial shipments are not made. To make any change in the invoice, you must notify us within a maximum period of 3 days, through the available means of contact.
11. RETURNS, LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS
By Law, the client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package/product to withdraw, totally or partially, the purchase. To make the withdrawal, you must contact us through the means enabled for it.
The return of any product will not be accepted without our prior consent. The customer must contact coocur, and once the return is authorized, the return conditions and return address will be indicated.
The products must be returned in their original packaging and protected (customers must keep the boxes or packaging of the original products, especially large-volume products, during the duration of their guarantee), so that the products are received in perfect condition. status (attach invoice, purchase note or order reference for correct identification in the warehouse). The products to be returned must include all their accessories, labels, manuals or gifts that were included in the shipment. All items to be returned cannot be damaged or dirty, they cannot have been washed, altered or worn out and all labels must be intact.
The customer must assume the cost of shipping and management costs generated when returning the product, the price of the return costs will depend on the country sent, volume and weight of the package, they may not be the same as what the customer paid when making the purchase, since the prices that we offer when ordering on our website are cheaper, that is because coocur assumes a part of the shipping costs, sometimes, coocur pays the costs of the first shipment, when the order is over €95. You must also take care of possible bank charges or other types of payment, such as PayPal, AmazonPay, Bizum, Google Pay, Apple Pay, financing companies, etc... that said return may generate.
For returns of orders to areas outside of mainland Spain the customer must pay the extra cost of shipping, when sending it by sea, air... In addition, he must assume (if he did not pay it at the time), the extra cost generated by sending the order for the first time, if you paid for it, this extra cost will not be refunded to you.
coocur, once the 14 legal calendar days have elapsed, will not accept returns due to withdrawal.
The client will not be able to make returns in the cases established by Law, especially, with an enunciative and non-limiting character, in products personalized expressly for the client; products for hygiene and health reasons; products in possible contact with the skin: products such as software or similar licensed or similar (if they have already been deprecated or activated); products, which within the legal framework, coocur considers as non-dismissible products. If the withdrawal has occurred in products "on request", coocur reserves the right to charge an amount that varies between 20% and 50% of the amount of the product, as expenses incurred. Products made or modified expressly by order of the buyer, may not be returned.
The return process will be activated once coocur has received the withdrawal request. We will respond to said request within a maximum period of 48 hours. A return number will be assigned. With the return number, the client can make the return within a maximum period of 14 days (it takes effect from the day the client notifies you of said return to coocur). 12. CUSTOMER SERVICE

13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
For the resolution of all disputes or issues related to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation will apply, to which the parties expressly submit, being competent to resolve all disputes sent or related. with its use the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
14. WARRANTY

The current Law recognizes a guarantee period of 3 years for consumers and 1 year for professionals and self-employed workers (freelancers), starting from the moment of delivery. The client has 6 months to claim defects or any other lack of conformity with the purchase, the defect of origin. The client must report the lack of conformity within a maximum period of 2 months (since she became aware of it). If it is finally detected that the damage is not covered by the guarantee, the customer must pay the shipping costs (round trip), and possible management costs. After 6 months, the shipping costs (round trip) and possible management expenses must be paid by the client. coocur will review the product and if it is under warranty the company will take care of the repair of the product. If the product is not under warranty, it will be the client who will be responsible for the shipping and repair costs. Consumable parts such as cables, batteries, fuses... and accessories are not included in the guarantee. coocur will not replace the products in the repair/review period.
coocur, you could request the services of the official technicians of the brand to verify the origin of the problem, to find out if the damages that the product presents are susceptible to a guarantee by the manufacturer, since if the defect is caused by misuse or It is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the repair will be borne by the customer.
Only the invoice holder may demand the guarantee. To request it, the client must previously notify coocur through the means available for it. coocur will not accept any type of merchandise without prior authorization.
The guarantee will lose its value if there has been an improper use of the product (not using the instruction manual correctly); the details of the proof of purchase are altered or replaced; the device/product is repaired, altered or modified at its own expense without the consent of the official technical service; there is no invoice for the product; there has been a power surge or a connection to a non-corresponding voltage. To extend the guarantee or obtain more information about it, the client can contact us.
